More than sixty seminary students from St. John's Seminary, Claremont School of Thelogy, Fuller Theological Seminary, Hebrew Union College and American Jewish University attended InterSem, an annual retreat held at the Steve Breuer Conference Center in Malibu on February 22 and 23. AJC Interreligious Affairs Director Randy Brown organized and oversaw the retreat which strives to builds meaningful and lasting relationships between emerging religious leaders by encouraging them to share their personal religious experiences and rituals. The open environment at InterSem provides students with an extraordinary and unique learning opportunity that becomes a vital component of their seminary education. |
